History
The Establishment of the Thai Rhinologic Society
The society was established on January 6, 2000, by Professor Emeritus Dr. Chaweewan
Bunnag and Associate Professor Dr. Kanit Muntarbhorn, together with
otolaryngologists who were interested in Rhinology. The objectives of the society are:
- To serve as a medium for exchanging academic knowledge, opinions, and experiences related to Rhinology.
- To disseminate academic news and knowledge.
- To promote and support education, research, and academic services in the field of Rhinology and related disciplines.
- To foster academic collaboration between relevant organizations both domestically and internationally.
The first president of the society was Professor Emeritus Dr. Chaweewan Bunnag.
